Return & Refund Policy

Returns

We offer a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition that you received it

  • Be unworn or unused

  • Include all original tags and packaging

  • Be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

To start a return, contact us at info@nogrammar-store.com.
Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

📌 Important: Items sent back to us without first submitting a return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at info@nogrammar-store.com so we can review the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Some types of items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants)

  • Custom products or personalized items

  • Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before sending it back.


Exchanges

The quickest way to receive the item you want is to return your original item first. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement item.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it — for any reason and without justification.

Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unused, with all tags and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note:

  • Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.

  • If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, please contact us at info@nogrammar-store.com.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@nogrammar-store.com.
